What Type of Information does TradeWorx Academy Collect?

Due to the supplies and preparation needed for each of our classes, we have a strict no-refund policy. All sales are final.

Reservations Policy
All attendees are required to have an advanced reservation. Reservations can be made online or by
calling the TradeWorx Academy office at ______________. Payment is due upon reservation. We reserve the right to cancel a class for any reason, and a full refund will be issued if a class is canceled.

This policy and the use of this Site are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any claim related to the Site or this policy shall be brought in a federal or state court in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
