TERMS & CONDITIONS

REFUND POLICY​

We understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while allowing us to prepare properly for each workshop.

​

15+ Days Before Workshop

  • Cancellations made 15 or more days prior to the scheduled workshop date are eligible for a full refund.

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@tradeworxacademy.com.

​

8–14 Days Before Workshop

  • Cancellations made between 8–14 days prior to the scheduled workshop date are not refundable, but you will receive a credit equal to the value of your registration.

  • This credit may be applied toward a future workshop of equal or lesser value and must be used within one (1) year of the original workshop date.

​

7 Days or Less Before Workshop

  • Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to the workshop date are not eligible for a refund or credit.

Workshop Cancellations by TradeWorx Academy

  • In the rare event that TradeWorx Academy must cancel a workshop, all registered participants will be transferred to a future workshop of equal value. If that date does not work for you, we will work with you to find an alternate workshop within one year of the original workshop date.​​

Late Arrivals

  • Students arriving more than 10 minutes after the scheduled start time may not be allowed to join the workshop.

  • Many classes begin with essential safety instructions and foundational demonstrations that cannot be repeated without disrupting the session.

  • If you arrive late and are not admitted, your registration fee will be forfeited.

  • We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early for check-in and setup.

No-Shows

  • A no-show is defined as any student who does not attend their scheduled class without prior notice.

  • No-shows are not eligible for a refund, credit, or rescheduling.

  • This policy ensures that spots are available for students who are ready to participate.

​

Rescheduling & Emergencies

  • If you cannot attend, please notify us at least 72 hours before the workshop to discuss possible rescheduling options (subject to availability).

  • In the case of a true emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. While rescheduling is not guaranteed, we will review situations on a case-by-case basis.​

LATE ARRIVAL & NO SHOW POLICY

MINIMUM PARTICIPANT POLICY

At TradeWorx Academy, our workshops are designed to be interactive, engaging, and personalized learning experiences. To maintain the quality of instruction and ensure an enjoyable environment for all participants, each class requires a minimum of five (5) registered participants to run as scheduled.

If the minimum enrollment is not met:

  • Participants will be notified at least 48 hours before the scheduled workshop.

  • You will have the option to transfer your registration to another workshop date, apply your payment as credit toward a future class, or receive a full refund.

  • We will make every effort to reschedule the workshop promptly and accommodate all participants.

We appreciate your understanding as we work to provide the best possible learning experience for every attendee.​

By registering for a workshop, you agree to these policies.​

PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO NOTICE

TradeWorx Academy occasionally captures photos and videos during workshops for marketing, educational, and promotional use on our website, social media platforms, and printed materials.

By completing registration, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

 

I consent to being photographed or recorded during the workshop and grant TradeWorx Academy LLC the right to use, reproduce, and publish such images for marketing and promotional purposes without compensation.

I do NOT consent to being photographed or recorded. I understand that I will be given a visible indicator (such as a colored badge/sticker) so staff can ensure I am not included in photos or videos. I also understand that close-up, hands-only footage may occur, and TradeWorx Academy will ensure no identifiable facial features are visible.

INADVERTENT USE & CORRECTIONS

In the event that my image is inadvertently captured or used in marketing content despite my opt-out selection, I agree to notify TradeWorx Academy in writing. Upon receiving notice, TradeWorx Academy will make reasonable efforts to remove, crop, or blur my image from future use. I acknowledge that while previously published content cannot always be fully recalled (such as redistributed social media posts), TradeWorx Academy will remove or edit the content on their own platforms wherever reasonably possible.

HANDS-ONLY FOOTAGE

Regardless of consent selection, I understand that close-up recordings of tools, materials, or project work may be captured. TradeWorx Academy will ensure such footage does not include identifiable facial features.
