CREATIVE MAKERS WAIVER OF LIABILITY

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISK

I understand that participation in TradeWorx Academy’s Creative Makers workshops may involve the use of tools, scissors, craft knives, adhesives, paints, sealants, wires, tiles, glass, papers, fabrics, and other materials that may pose risks, including but not limited to:
 

• Cuts, scrapes, punctures, or abrasions

• Skin irritation or allergic reactions

• Eye irritation

• Damage to clothing or personal property

 

I acknowledge that these risks are inherent in hands-on creative activities and agree to follow all safety instructions, guidelines, and verbal directions provided by instructors and staff.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks, both known and unknown, associated with participation in the workshop, including risks arising from my own actions, the actions of others, or the use of materials and tools provided.

 

I understand that TradeWorx Academy does not guarantee results, outcomes, or personal safety, and that participation is entirely voluntary.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release and discharge TradeWorx Academy LLC, its owners, officers, instructors, employees, contractors, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, or liabilities arising out of or related to my participation, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, allergic reaction, property damage, or loss.

HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT & INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless TradeWorx Academy LLC and its representatives from any claims, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from my participation or from any breach of this agreement.

MEDICAL AND PHYSICAL FITNESS ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

I certify that I am physically and medically capable of participating in a hands-on workshop environment. I acknowledge responsibility for any medical conditions, physical limitations, or health concerns that may affect my participation.
